Since the Phenom will run on AM2 will you (or do you) use an AM2 setup?
I already am on AM2 and plan to stay.

I am moving to AM2 because it will support the Phenom.

Located deep in the heart of Silicon Valley, Super Talent Technology Corporation has been cranking out memory products for about twenty years now. While somewhat less known than say Corsair or Mushkin, their reputation is growing quickly, due in part to awesome products like the T800UX2GC4 2GB DDR2 kit. These impressive 800Mhz modules have recently been over clocked as high as 1100Mhz, impressive by any measure. If that doesn't whet your appetite for a DDR2 capable board, I don't know what will.

Super Talent is also among the top memory manufacturers in terms of patents for memory devices such as DDR, DDR2 and Flash based memory products. So it comes as no surprise that they would turn their memory expertise toward the growing MP3 device market. Today we will look at the flagship of Super Talent's MP3 line, the 2GB Mega Screen MP3 Player. The obvious comparison piece of hardware here would be the iPod Nano, both are within a few millimeters in size, both sport color screens, both come in similar capacities and capabilities. So, in a market now overflowing with MP3 devices, is the Mega Screen a iPod Nano killer? Well, probably not, Apple has been doing this for awhile now and has a few bells and whistles the Mega Screen lacks, not the least of which is iTunes.

But at a price point roughly half that of a Nano, the Mega Screen could be the bargain you've been looking for in a MP3 player. After all it does the one thing people actually buy a MP3 device for, it plays music. And with a built in FM tuner, it certainly gives you more options for listening to music than most of the competition. I'm sure there are those that love to play games, keep a calendar, download podcasts and keep abreast of what time it is in Kuala Lumpur with their music player, I'm just not one of them.

Package

The package arrived in good shape, the precious contents shielded from harm by copious layers of bubble wrap and bags of air. The Super Talent player is very attractively packaged, a simple graphic on basic black. It's hard to go wrong with black, just ask any guy who has seen a well stuffed little black dress. The capacity is clearly marked on the side panel. As well as the 512MB, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB capacities, the Mega Screen is available in a choice of black or white color cases.
